OTHER WAYS TO HELP
BOTTLE, SOCK OR FOOD DRIVE
Why not get all your friends together and have a competition of who can raise the most socks, bottles of water or cans of food. Get other groups involved to make it even more fun. They will all be even more enthusiastic when they know that the supplies they are collecting are going towards stocking the shelves of Ottawa Innercity Ministries.

FILL A CART
Every night our Street Outreach teams arrive at our building, fill their wagons and head off to meet up with their Street Friends, whose needs are basic but so very important to their survival. If you are looking for a group project or a unique way to help, a fill-a-cart project could be a great way to show you care - and you will know that every single item you collect will get to where it is needed most.
1 wagon typically Includes: personal gear,(lunch, water and juice, toiletries, Bibles, health care items) winterwear (socks, mitts, scarves, hats, handwarmers), blankets and/or sleeping bags, packpacks.
Through our partnership with Kits For a Cause you can host your own kit packing event and pack Kits full of most needed supplies. This is the perfect option for school groups, corporate volunteers, faith-based organizations and groups of friends! This activity can be completely customized to whenever and wherever fits best for you.
